Our leadership team sets the vision and direction of the organization. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) drives overall strategy, partnerships, and growth, ensuring that The Placement Lab continues to expand its impact across schools and communities. Supporting this vision, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) oversees daily operations, implementation, and program execution, making sure every system runs efficiently and delivers consistent outcomes.
Technology is at the core of what we do. Our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) leads the development and management of our job board platforms, tracking systems, and digital infrastructure. This ensures that schools and employers have reliable, user-friendly tools that support placement, reporting, and long-term scalability.
Our Employer Relations team focuses on building and maintaining strong partnerships with local businesses. By actively engaging employers, this team creates a steady pipeline of job opportunities aligned with student skills and training. At the same time, our School Relations team works directly with educational institutions to implement customized solutions, support program goals, and ensure alignment between curriculum and workforce needs.
Our Account Executives serve as the bridge between our partners and our internal teams. They manage relationships, support onboarding, and ensure that both schools and employers receive ongoing attention, communication, and results.
Finally, our Student Placement Resources team plays a vital role in preparing students for success. This group focuses on resume support, job readiness, guidance, and ongoing tracking. Their work ensures that students are not only connected to opportunities, but also equipped to secure and maintain employment.
